History of Restaurante El Pescador
Our passion for the sea led us in 1975 to create a seafood restaurant where we could offer the products from our Pescaderías Coruñesas.
It was truly revolutionary in Madrid to recommend fish without adding any sauce, not even lemon, as we were fully aware that we were offering the best product and didn’t want to mask it with anything.
Evaristo García’s idea was confirmed as the right path to follow.
In 2010, we undertook a major renovation in which we adapted to new trends, giving more prominence to the bar, while still preserving the restaurant and its original concept.
Our goal: to seek the best product and bring the taste of the sea closer to you.
