History of Restaurante El Pescador
Our passion for the sea made us to create a fish and seafood restaurant in 1975 in which we could offer our products from Pescaderías Coruñesas.
It was a real revolution in Madrid to recommend fish without adding a sauce, not even lemon, as we were completely sure that we offered the best product and we did not want to mask anything.
Evaristo García’s idea showed us the way to continue.
Now, in 2010, we have undergone a complete renovation in which we have adapted to new trends, giving the bar a larger presence but maintaining the restaurant and the original idea.
